Welcome to the Port Macquarie Meals Service

Welcome to the Port Macquarie Meals Service Inc 'Meals on Wheels' website.

Our service is supported by the Department of Human Services through the Home and Community Care (HACC) program. However, Port Macquarie Meals Service (PMMS) is an incorporated body under the Associations Incorporation Act 1984 (NSW) and governance is the responsibility of a Management Committee elected by members.

Day to day operations are the responsibility of the service Manager and a small number of experienced staff.

The main aim of our service is to assist people to continue to live independently in their own homes. We provide a meal service to the frail aged, people with a disability, and, or carers. To contact us about our services please go to the Contact Us page.

We have been servicing the Port Macquarie community since 1968. PMMS is assisted by many volunteers including individuals from the community as well as businesses and community organisations.
